Walter has been happily married to Loretta for 42 years. Together, they have 5 children, 11 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. Active members of Harvest Presbyterian Church, they have participated in various ministries over the years, demonstrating their commitment to faith and community.

Professionally, Walter has over two decades of experience in diverse industries. He began his career as an Allstate Insurance Agent, a role he held for 14 years before transitioning into the Reverse Mortgage and Securities Markets. Over 20 years ago, he returned to North Carolina and has called Jacksonville home for the past 16 years.

Walter is a seasoned real estate professional and a multi-million dollar producer for the last 11 years. He holds designations such as Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), e-Pro, and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), showcasing his dedication to excellence. From 2023 to 2024, he worked as a Sales Agent for Adams Homes, where he gained extensive expertise in the new construction sales process, helping clients secure the best value for their investment.
